The Galaxy S was a huge hit for Samsung and has in the space of less than a year become their bestselling smartphone to date. Only beaten in popularity by the overhyped iPhone, the Galaxy S has sold more than any other Android phone that has been released. When it first came to our shelves back in the summer of 2010 many people questioned its 4" screen, which was at the time unheard of. Many critics stated that it was too large for a smartphone but they were proven wrong by the popularity of the phone which showed that people enjoy larger phone screens for entertainment and web browsing.
Samsung has taken this into consideration with their follow up handset the Galaxy S2. This has an even larger 4.3" screen and there will no doubt be people claiming yet again that this is too large for a smartphone. But if you hold the S2 in your hand there is not a noticeable difference in size compared to the original and this phone still provides an excellent balance between smartphone visuals and a comfortable phone.

The S2 has even more great entertainment features to use than the original. It still comes with access to Android Market where you can get your hands on a wealth of games and apps. Music and video entertainment is plentiful with the phones media player coming with good support, and online video supported from YouTube and other websites. It even comes with a stereo FM radio and various means to stream visual content to a home TV including HDMI and DLNA Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi also comes with support for Wi-Fi Direct making it easier than ever to connect to other wireless devices. The phone also comes with superb 3G connections with HSPA data speeds 4 times the speed of the current standard, making this by far the best phone for mobile internet usage. The phone runs on the latest Android Gingerbread with Samsung's TouchWiz interface on board.
