Painting carbon fiber is not something anyone should try to do at home. Keep in mind that CF is a combination of fibers and of epoxy. Using the wrong paint will eat into the epoxy and destroy the integrity of the fork.
If you really want those forks painted go to someone EXPERIENCED in carbon fiber and fiberglas refinishing.
