my bike's seat post won't budge, any suggestions?
i had my bike built up at a shop, so i had assumed they had lubed up the seat post properly. apparently not. the thing won't budge and needs to be brought up an inch or two. any suggestions?
A stuck seat post can be tough to remove and may need to be cut out. This involved cutting the post off to reveal the hollow center and then very carefully hand sawing the post in half without damaging the frame tubing.
Take it to the bike shop and see if they can budge it. Sweat and moisture can get down in there and neutralize any grease that was in there.
Brunson will Again Lead School Board
