Footwear specialists ?
I'm sure this question is stupid, but I'm just looking for advice.
My only pair of footwear is from early 2006. Steel-toed boots, worn for 5 months at a fast-food joint, 2 years of College, 2 summers of biking, and 7 months of unemployment. Basically warn-out, starting hurting my feet if I walk for several hours straight.
I just got a job as an aerator, so I'll be outside on the move 12 hours a day.
1: Should I get steel-toed boots again or running shoes? Because I'd feel more comfortable in boots, might maybe they'd get too heavy?
2: There is a chance I might quit after 1 day. I'd earn $100, the same cost as a new pair of boots. So should I wait-and-see or buy the shoes first?
Did I mention being unemployed? Broke. Without cash. Sans funds. $0.
