The way the tournament is set up, the 64 teams are split into four sub-brackets (16 teams in apiece). Is there a such thing as flouride gum?
I went to the dentist today, and put simply, got a pretty bad report. Im 13, and have braces. I was told I have gingivitis and puffy, red, inflamed gums. Also, if I don't take better care of my teeth, I will have white squares on my teeth when I get my braces off in a couple months. Im really worried because my gums have crowded around and have started to encircle my bottom braces brackets. I'm trying to not let it get any worse, and the dentist said it should begin to get better after a while if i brush regularly. So I came home and brushed and my gums got PUFFIER and REDDER and MORE CLOSED IN around my brackets!!! Is it normal?! Is it temporary? Maybe I brushed too hard, but I was trying to get the plaque off!! Will my gums recede back to normal if I keep a good regimen?? Ughhh. And do they make flouride gum?!! Please help I'm super worried:(

ok listen 2 the dentist! try not 2 brush sso hard. u won't be able 2 get the plaque off just by brushing hard. instead of just brushing your teeth 2 times a day try brushing them after breakfast, lunch, & dinner. or if u eat popcorn or ribs or something sticky brush ur teeth & floss
when u 1st start 2 floss ur teeth don't be 2 rough on them. ur gums will most likely bleed, but that's just becuz u don't floss enough (happens 2 me sometimes) 4 the white squares on ur teeth ur dentist may just be talking abt white spots. i was lucky not 2 have them when my braces came off, but if u keep doing what u were told 2 do u should be ok.
try not 2 worry abt it & just follow these instructions
