The transmission, also known as the gearbox, transfers power from the engine to the drive shaft. It is using different sizes of gears to change speed, speed and engine torque through the shaft. The more gear to allow the car is moving very fast, but the lowest speed for more power to stop vehicles and begin to climb mountains to give.
Delivery is usually located behind the engines, even though some cars were designed with the transmission, mounted on the rear axle. There are about three main types of transmission: manual, automatic and continuously variable.
The manual gearbox is the transmission; the driver selects Gears based on certain engine speed and load. Gears are selected with the change lever on the ground next to the driver or the steering columns. The driver presses the clutch pedal to release the transmission of engine power to allow changes in speed. The clutch disc is sending waves of SOA. When the driver, clutch gear, mechanical clutch release fork and bar shift lever device called two pieces separately. When the clutch pedal pressed together, the two albums, transfers torque to the transmission.
Automatic transmission is selected, the speed and amount of strain on the engines. Rather than manual clutch, automatic transmission uses a hydraulic torque converter to transfer engine power to the transmission.
Continuously variable transmission system is shown in the 19th century and small cars and engines in 1900. Commercial applications are limited to small Motors.
Depending on the car, the design of the watch's engine power by sending the front wheel and rear wheel or four wheels moved. Get four-wheel drive wheels are called, they drive forward or backward. Most cars are either RWD. In some vehicles, all-wheel drive is an option for the driver selects the condition of the road, while other full-time AWD.
The difference is that set of gear in the hull which allows each drive wheel spin at different speeds when the vehicle is turning. Shaft is connected to the output shaft of the transmission to AO speed difference in the trees. It happens on both ends of the shaft and can rotate the axes, is up and down on the road surface has moved.
In the back seat drive axle of the car is moving at a speed difference at the back. The front-wheel drive is different faces and transportation links much shorter. Four-wheel drive vehicles have shafts and differentials in both axles.
These parts of automotive are the ones of the most important parts. If a vehicle does not include the transmission and gear, the vehicle will not be able to work. However, it is quite tricky to keep these parts sturdy, but if your vehicle's transmission and gear are broken you can still buy the new ones.

Driving Lesson – Passing Your Driving Road Test
There are some experiences in life that we never forget no matter how old we get. One of those unforgettable experiences is your first driving road test. I remember my first road test. I was 16 years old and was taking my road test in a 1954 Chevy coupe. It had a standard transmission with the shift lever on the steering column. I remember being as nervous as rooster in a lions den.
To make things worse, when my road test examiner came out of the office and called my name, I immediately got a lump in my throat and began sweating profusely. Why? This guy looked like Goliath which made me look like David. Before he got into my car, he had to fold in ways that I never thought a human being could fold. And then, he just barely fit. Needless to say, this did not help my nervousness. How I managed to past that road test, I’ll never know.
I now know that my road test would have gone a lot smoother and less stressful if I had a preview of what would happen during the test. In this article, I will tell you about different aspects of the driver road test so that you can be prepared and have a more enjoyable, less stressful experience.
First of all, try and get plenty of sleep the night before the road test and try not to think about the test. On the day before the road test, try doing something that you enjoy, like a hobby for instance. This will help you to relax and also help you to sleep better. Have a good breakfast on the morning of the road test.
A day or two before the test examine your vehicle and make sure the horn, windshield wipers and all of the lights are working. By the way, if you’ll be driving someone else’s car, make sure you know where the windshield washer/wiper switch is located and become familiar with its operation. You’d be surprised how many people take their road test in a strange car and can’t find the windshield wiper switch when the examiner requests it.
Before you start to drive, take a deep breath and try to relax. Your examiner will have you make some maneuvers. Just remember; he or she will not be impressed with how fast you can do these maneuvers but only how safe you are when you do them.
When you have to make a lane change, make sure you use your mirrors and also look over your shoulders to make sure it’s safe to do so. Road test examiners like to see that you are not just relying on your mirrors but you are also compensating for your mirror’s blind spots by using your regular eyesight to see if it is safe to change lanes.
Most road tests require that you do some backing. Usually, your examiner will ask you to stop, put the car in reverse and then back up. Then he or she will say something like “Ok, that’s good, you can stop now” or they just may say “stop”. There are two things to remember here. Do your backing slowly and when he or she tells you to stop, keep looking to the rear until the car comes to a complete stop. Many people will turn around and look forward before the car comes to a complete stop. That’s a no no!
Your road test may require you to stop and go at a stop sign on an uphill incline. This is not usually a problem if you are driving an automatic. But if you are driving a stick shift, this could be difficult for some people because after you make the stop, the car wants to roll backwards as soon as you take your foot off the brake. Here is a good way to overcome this. After you make the stop and before you take your foot off the brake, shift down to first gear and slowly release the clutch pedal until you notice the engine slow down and start to strain somewhat. The engine and transmission are now helping to keep the car from rolling backward so you can now take your foot off the brake and accelerate as normal. This method will either keep your car from rolling backward completely or it will cause the car to roll back very slow, depending on how steep the hill is.
These are just a few tips to help you pass your driving road test and to do it in a more relaxed, stress-free state of mind. I hope this has been helpful to you. You can get more information on how to pass your road test from our website.

Did I get a good deal on my bike?
I just got a used bike, a 2005 specialized allez pro E5 SLX, with dura ace crank, brakes, and shift levers. Also ksyruim elite wheels. All this for $800. I was told the Dura ace was an upgrade. It has carbon forks and seat post...although I'm not sure if that was standard already.
Here is what the bike came with.
