The most important advice for cleaning the bathroom is the same as it is for every other room: keep it clean daily - don't let the mess build up! For the bathroom in particular, this means you should squeegee or wipe down the shower every time after using it, especially the door. It also means rinsing down the sink after every use so you aren't dealing with dried chunks of toothpaste (eeww) on cleaning day.
Sometimes, as we all know, gunk adds up and there are problems that need to be dealt with. Here are a few bathroom cleaning tips for when the going has gotten tough.
Bleach Out the Bad Stuff
If there are just things you can't get rid of try bleaching the whole bathroom AFTER you've done your normal cleaning routine. Open windows because the smell of bleach is strong.
Your bleach should be in a spray bottle. Apply directly to moldy areas all over the bathroom. Do not use bleach on chrome features. Also avoid dripping on carpet. Leave the bathroom for 5 minutes (it can be a good time to move your supplies to the next room or throw the towels in the laundry) then return to rinse the bleach away.
Hard Water Stains
Hard water stains are the white and brown stains caused by minerals in your water. They appear on your bathtub, sinks, shower, etc. If you have hard water, soap scum will be harder to remove and therefore your shower should be cleaned more frequently.
Limescale, which is left by the minerals in hard water, makes cleaning products less effective. To clean lime scale hard water deposits use a product that deactivates or binds with minerals. This is called a sequestrate. You can look for that word on cleaning product bottles. Calgon is one example.
Suggested cleaners:
- white vinegar and lemon
- Lime-A-Way (this also works on rust stains)
- wink
- Zud
- Comet
Two little known options:
- Rub the stain with a fabric stain remover (for example Shout! or Resolve).
- Cut a lemon in half and rub the inside of the lemon on the stain. Allow to sit for a few minutes and then wipe it away.
Most products that will do the job efficiently require acids, which means use gloves and eye protection!
Mildew
As a preventive measure, spray your bathroom ceiling with a 50/50 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water every six months. If you already have mildew issues then spray the solution and re-spray two hours later. You may spray a third time the next day if you need to.
Dark spots on your grout:
If your old grout is getting dark spots, use a scraper of some sort to scrape that bit off.

2008 Dodge Magnum Continues Current Features, Adds Latest Tech
For 2008, Dodge made its Magnum with somewhat the same features as the current model but with added technologies and improved appearance.
The SRT8
The 2008 Dodge Magnum SRT8 now has more striking hood with a hood scoop, a new grille and front fascia, and a new interior. The 5-second range performs o-60 mph. For more brake cooling, the new car has the black honeycomb insert of the crosshair grille and air inlet of the front fascia. By reducing lift, the front fascia yields aerodynamic returns. The new car rides on 20-inch aluminum SRT-designed wheels with 245/45/ZR20 (front) and 255/45/ZR20 (back) F1 Goodyear tires.
The new car has Bright Silver Metallic, Brilliant Black Crystal Pearl Coat, Steel Blue Metallic Clear Coat and Tor Red as options for exterior colors.
Going inside, this new Dodge car comes with agate-color accent stitching, carbon-fiber leather-trim door handles, and LED lighting in the cup holders and door-map pockets.
The features that are found in the current model and are also in the 2008 models are the power-adjustable, highly bolstered sport seats with performance suede inserts in the front, an improved grip-enhancing carbon-fiber leather-trim steering wheel, and full-performance instruments like a 180-mph (300-kph) speedometer, a tachometer and a temperature gauge.
The 2008 Dodge Magnum SRT8 uses a 425-horsepower 6.1-liter HEMI V-8 engine. This transcends 425-horsepower (317-kW) and 420 lb.-ft. (569 N•m) of torque.
A Re-Configurable Display (RCD) in the cluster will deliver instant feedback to the driver about their personal performance numbers. Through a five-speed automatic transmission, the power for the SRT 6.1-liter HEMI is sent. The transmission has specifically calibrated, driver-selectable Auto Stick that offers fully automatic or manual shifting selection.
As to car’s suspension and body, it has SRT-tuned dampers, tailored spring rates and suspension bushings, and large-diameter anti-sway bars to ensure all around driving performance.
The new Magnum SRT8 is one-half inch lower than the Dodge Magnum R/T, SXT and SE models as to the ride height. This is what gives the latest model further stability and aerodynamic returns. Also, this car has refined performance-handling characteristics; and that is because of the customized Electronic Stability Program (ESP).
The R/T, SXT and SE
The 2008 Dodge Magnum R/T, SXT and SE come with a new front exterior design and a brighter, more up lifted appearance and ambience to the interior. The framework in the front has been lowered and stretched horizontally to reflect a more hostile image. Also added are chrome elements to the front fascia and grille as well as marginal details all over the fog lamps.
The Magnum R/T has Xenon high intensity discharge (HID) elements in the headlamps as an option. Further options include chrome-clad aluminum wheels and 245/45R20 all-season performance tires. Dodge engineers has improved the models’ instrument panel to have a more driver oriented framework.
The 2008 Dodge Magnum R/T’s engine is a new 5.7-liter HEMI V-8 that has MDS. This accurately alters between four-cylinder mode when less power is needed and V-8 mode when more power is needed. This, in effect, increases fuel economy up to 20 percent without compromising performance of the vehicle. These models are also available with all-wheel drive. An all-wheel-drive system augments a front differential and transfer case for excellent traction. This also provides the best cornering balance under all driving conditions as well as better traction on snowy roads.
The 2008 Dodge Magnum Safety Equipments and other Gadgets
The 2008 Dodge Magnum safety features include the myriad crash protection system, ESP and Brake Assist, all-speed traction control and ABS, advanced restraint systems and low risk deployment air bags, crumple zones, energy absorbing steering column, interior head-impact protection, front and rear side-curtain and front seat-mounted air bags.
Two of the new vehicle’s world class gadgets are the U-Connect Hands-free Communication System that uses Bluetooth technology with iPod interface and the SIRIUS Satellite Radio with streaming video option, Full-map DVD-based Navigation System that uses Global Positioning System (GPS).
The Production
The manufacturing of the 2008 Dodge Magnum begins late summer this year. The car will hit dealerships before the year ends.

THIS 96' ECLIPSE TO MUCH?
yo im lookin to buy this car 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse, just rolled over 100,000 miles. Only 23,000 miles have been put on the car in the last six years. It is automatic and non turbo. The car has always been garaged during winter and hardly sees rain. Gets around 25-30 mpg. Modifications include custom katzkin Italian leather seats (the same seats that are used on the TV show Overhaul'n), all black interior with a brand new black carpet, car has a full body kit with an immaculate paint job, it has been lowered with 2" eibach springs and kyb struts and shocks, full magnaflow exhaust, $400 clifford alarm system with paging remote, 17" exel chrome rims, brand new kumho tires with less than 1500 miles on them, sirius satellite radio.

Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail is $6,035 for excellent value.
Back in like 1999 I bought a used 1995 with 70k miles Eclipse for 10,500 with a security system.
I would not do it.
Eclipses are cool cars, but do your research. 120-160k are the trouble miles for the elipse. Sensors and timing belt start going.
