I'm in the market for some new tires for my road bike and I've heard very mixed reviews from friends about Continental's Ultra Gatorskins..one friend loves them and another says the road feel really suffers on them to due to the sidewalls not really having any give-- and that something about Continental's Ultra Gatorskins causes along the sidewall to crack? (BTW, that friend seemed to just not like their thinner tires, and mentioned that the road feel was better on their wider offerings).
What are your opinions on Continental Ultra Gatorskin tires? Gatorskin tires in general? What is your favorite tire and why? Thanks!
