A complete set of fire safety signs
In cases of emergency, people within the premises must be able to locate proper safety signs placed in strategic locations throughout the area. Examples include safety signs showing the location of equipment, such as fire extinguishers and fire blankets. These signs must also be able to show where a fire alarm or a fire escape is. Without proper signs showing where fire alarms are, those who are able to locate a fire will not be able to warn others in the building right away. Likewise, if there are no fire escape signs, the occupants will not be able to see their way outside. To ensure complete church safety, these fire safety signs should conform to standards set by the UK government.
A complete set of firefighting equipment
Of course, church fire safety could not be achieved without the proper set of equipment. These firefighting equipment primarily include proper fire extinguishers that are meant for common fires involving paper and wood, because these are commonly found materials inside the church and adjacent premises. In addition, the set of passive firefighting equipment includes smoke alarms, insulated doors and walls, sprinklers, and the like. These pieces of equipment should also be properly installed or stored as mandated by UK laws.
Proper fire safety training
For churches that employ several people to run its functions smoothly, there is a need to have these employees undergo basic fire safety training. The main reason behind this is to arm them with basic information and skills they need to have and develop to be able to prevent fires or control them in worse conditions. They must know when and how to use equipment found throughout the area. How To Lose Weight From My Arms
Now a lot of people will tell you that you can't lose fat from your arms. You know what i mean, that you can't spot reduce the area.
Well today i am here to tell you how i lose fat from my arms and get rid of those so called "bingo wings". Here are a few suggestions:
Use body weight exercises.
A good body weight exercise for the arms is called hindu pushups. These are no ordinary pushups. Here is how i do them:I get into the normal pushup position, but instead of doing normal pushups, i go down in a dive postion arching your back as i come back up.
This way i target the triceps and biceps and torch the fat off them because the hindu push up cranks up the metabolic rate like no other. Believe me after one set of say thirty reps i will be panting like a dog on heat.
Eat a well balanced diet of protein and complex carbs.
I know protein builds muscle and complex carbs burn fat. So i combine those two food categories to lose fat from myr arms in no time.
Examples of protein sources are fish, lean meat, chicken, nuts, etc. Examples of complex carbs are whole grains like brown bread, whole grain pasta, whole grain cereal, etc. Other examples of complex carbs are fruits like oranges, apples, cherries, mangoes, etc.
Other examples of complex carbs are vegetables like broccoli, spinach, green lentils, cauliflour, cabbage, etc.
Get a massage a few times a week.
A massage is very invigorating for the body and flushes out toxins and fat from targeted areas. So if i want to lose fat from my arms i make sure during my massage i target that area.
Wear sleeves, armless shirts or dresses.
By wearing clothes of this nature i will be showing people my arms.This will make me more conscious of them and it will make me resolve to lose fat from my arms. Its a positive catch twenty two. When i get my arms to the fat free state i will want to be wearing clothes especially in the summer to show them off.
Do intermittant cardio.
What i mean by intermittant cardio is having periods of intense activity followed by periods of low activity. For example i do hill sprints where by i sprint for 20 seconds then jog for 60 seconds, then sprint for twenty seconds followed by jogging for 60 seconds for a total time of 20-25 minutes. This type of activity is better than slow jogging for one hour. It burns more fat.
Visualization.
Visualizing my arms free of fat consistently will make them so in the end. What the mind can concieve and believe the mind can achieve.

this 2002 specialized stumpjumper PRO . its got a sid sl fork up front. full xt componets except back deraliar is xtr. the crank set is a specialized strong arm 2. witch is equvilent to xt. brakes are avid speed dial singal digit ti brakes. up graded sadel to s-works sadal. handelbars are monkey lite carbon fiber. and the best for last bontrager race lite wheel set. chris king hubs.bontrager ceramic rims. this is the lightest wheel set on the planet. it retailed for about $1299.00 when i got them. the bike cost me about $1400.00.before up grades. handelbar , wheels and sadal. plus time pedels.

$800 seems very reasonable, unless it has a ton of miles on the drivetrain.
If it has been at all maintained, and is cosmetically attractive it could go anywhere from $600-1000.
M R is right.... Nice wheel set, smart saddle upgrade, good quality components overall. Kind of depends on the rider, and how much abuse it took.
It's hard to sell a used bike. This would be an excellent ride for someone new to the sport. It's a lot of bike to grow into.
As for a new ride, I personally would sty away from Trek and Specialized, but that totally depends upon your budget. They are fine, but you have little opporntunity to customize. I am a big fan of Santa Cruz myself.
