Question: What is the difference between a Pillowcase and a Pillow Sham?
Answer: This is a common question. The misconception is that they are one and the same. While they are both slip covers for bed pillows, they serve different purposes and are designed differently to compliment your bed linens.
Pillowcases are more functional. Meant to be slept on, they serve a san extra layer for your face while you sleep. They protect your pillow from hair and skin oil, perspiration and drool.
Pillowcases are constructed from the same fabric as a beds' fitted or flat sheet, and normally designed to match them. They are mostly made of a plain color, sometimes with patterned trimmings.
Pillow Shams serve a more decorative purpose. Typically, they are used strictly for embellishment and not sleeping. German Shepherd problems?
My German Shepherd is about 2 years old is male and is very well looked after. He has his own couch sleeps on beds, has cushions, is aloud inside cars and going for drives, is always being fed treats and is barely ever outside.
Just recently he has been growling and even attacking family members when he is being fed where as he used to eat with us and didn't mind anyone being around his food. A friend recently came over(who is afraid of dogs) and he sniffed her and realized she wasn't a threat but then would not go near her and was barking at her and showing his teeth which he never used to do. He has learnt to open doors and will just run out and sometimes will go into our neighbours yard and play with their dog although sometimes he looks like he is chasing him as food not as a friend. I think he is being too spoiled which has made him so aggressive and thinking he is more superior.
Please anyone if you have a solution.
You won't find ME agreeing that your dog is "very well looked after".
Under-trained dogs who get away with their turbulent-teenager challenge at 10 months old are ruling the household before they are 3 years old.
1: "He has his own couch".
BAD - he should have been taught to keep his feet at ground/floor level.
2: "sleeps on beds".
VERY bad. The beds are now HIS territory. Whereas my dogs learn straight away that they are not allowed into my always-open bedroom = to them, "That's the pack-leader's kennel", so they wait at the doorway for me.
And territorial height adds status.

Why?

VERY bad - he should be QUIET, not "loud", while in a vehicle.

Your "always" sounds bad. What did he DO to earn each treat?
No performance = NO treat.
My dogs love cheddar, canned salmon, KFC bones - so they sit ostentatiously to tell me "I'm being good and WOULD like a piece, please, Dad!"

Why not? "outside" is where he can race around, check what the neighbours are doing, experience the scents & sounds of the environment, go toilet, chase balls & dumbbells, chomp grass, catch bees/flies/grasshoppers, have FUN.

YOU eat from HIS dish???
If you mean that you play in his food: WHY? Does your mother play in YOUR meals after serving them to you?
Make him "ask" for his meal, then feed him in a corner & leave him to it. Maybe a croup pat/rub as you leave.

And YOU did nothing about it ....
LEASH him before visitors arrive, keep him beside you, and any time he growls without permission yank him off his feet then tell him off. YOU decide who's allowed where in your house.

Duh! Change the levers to round knobs. If he learns to turn the knobs, add a bolt or catch-hook.

Impossible - you either have a fence to keep him home and stray dogs & stray brats OUT, or you don't have a dog yet. But it explains #6.
Build a secure fence, or move to a fenced property, or give the dog to someone who has fences.

You are too kind to yourself.
He is just doing what GSDs were bred to do - take responsibility & leadership when no human is in charge. (They were often left patrolling for up to 14 hours while the farmer was busy elsewhere.)
You are obviously NOT in charge.
I'll bet that you did NOT attend weekly training classes starting when he was 18-22 weeks old and continuing until he was at least a yearling. He'll be harder to manage now, but YOU have to be in a TRAINING club, learning how to be an effective trainer.
