cycling mainly road bike?
I have returned to cycling recently and find im getting a pain in my neck after 45mins of continuous riding, which causes quite dicomfort. I have made adjustments to seat and head set so far. Anyone out there no what a fix is for this ? Note i am in excellent health .
I'd recommend you go to a serious bike shop and buy a "fit" session. Should cost about $100 and they can set everything up just right for you.
