The following is a list of the Family Division Pilot Project Courts of the State of New Hampshire. While most divorces are filed in the Superior Courts of this State, Rockingham and Grafton Counties have Family Courts.  Residents of Rockingham and Grafton Counties can proceed in the Family Division Courts of those Counties. Please feel free to contact the Clerk's Office of the Family Courts at the phone number listed. Please understand that the Clerk's Office is not permitted to give anyone legal advise. For this you must retain an attorney. However, the Clerk's Office generally is very helpful answering questions on procedure or on the status of a case.
