Here's my idea for the Commercial....
Imagine a deserted steel works factory. From out of nowhere appears a set of gnashers, chomping and foaming.
In a powerful, sadistic whispering voice it utters: "Pooh Drops, by Bum bum" Then suddenly, in slow motion, it empties its bowells all over the rusty tiles below. The sound echos down the corridor.
Then cut too a old, wrinkly hand holding the bottle in its bony grip. A fly basks in the ambiance. The sound of a leaking dripping pipe can be heard in the background.

Change the name from Pooh Drops... anything that does not reference what comes out of your "Bum" corporation would be a good start.
