I have an old road bike, but it works fine because the guy who sold it to me never used it. It has been sitting in his garage all its life. It has some rust, but not much, and has a bad paint job. I'm probably gonna give the rust a cleaning up after i repaint the frame. Q: Will putting WD40 on the area where the fork meets the hub in the center, make the wheel move slower or faster? Will it make the back hub go faster as well? Will it make the gears more slick? handlebar move faster? gear shifter slicker? Will it make anything that moves on the bike go faster? I also want to replace the tires from black to white tires to match the color I am going to be painting the frame. Q: What is the difference between the black and white tires? besides the color difference. Like will the white tires effect the performance of the bike? is it more sturdy than the black or weaker?
