Bar end stuck in handlebars (BMX Bike)?
I just got a pair of DK Vice Grips and I put them on. When I got to putting on the bar ends, I found the old generic ones that came with the bike are jammed about half an inch in there. Is there anyway to get them out so I can put the new bar ends in?

It's a Wal-Mart Next Flatspin, if it matters. I know, they're bad, but it's light, which I like.
I rather have a strong heavy bike then a light wal mart bike thats for sure! But what you want to do is get a flatland and a hammer. Put the flathead against the bar end and bang it out.
