do you need to get new disc when you buy hydrulic brakes?
i already have mechanical disc brakes
depends on a few things. if your upgrading the size of your discs (rotors) then you will need to swap out the ones that came with your bike to the new ones in the kit. six inch rotors are pretty much the standard and i'm pretty sure that's what you've got. if all you want to do is bolt on the new brakes and not mess with the rotors you can.
