As silence as graveyard were Kaduna state, Nigeria as a 31 year-old man raped a 6-year-old girl behind the Almajir (Islamic school) off lecturer hours after alleged taking some hard drugs like marijuana.
It was reported by eyewitness that the victim have been sent on an errand by the rapist to buy a gift to congratulate the victim for her academic success for last team accomplishments, sooner they begin to hear cries and shoots behinds the Islamic school.
The unfortunate event occurred in Tudun Wada Local Government metropolis of Kaduna state, the 31 years old suspect Aminu AlMajir was arrested by the police for raping a 6 years old girl and was transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) for further investigation and prosecution.
Speaking with the suspect Aminu AlMajir he said no one is above temptation explaining that it was not his fault as he was tempted by the 6 -year-old girl.
“I was seduced by the girl, it was not my intention to rape her but seen her always parading the street naked and sometimes half naked raised my sexual urge. It was not my fault she tempted me.”
The Iman of the Tudu Wada Central Mosque Alh. Musa Ali describes the incident as Abo-intercontinental saying that the act is more than abomination and the rapist should not be left unpunished because its a disgrace to the Muslim community and womanhood.
Parading the suspect before reporters in Metro Police Station, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Lawal Abdullahi said, the suspect has been arrested and justice must run its cause appealed to parents to be monitoring their children to avoid jumping into hands of individuals with nefarious attitude.
Following up medical checkup on the victim, the victim was reported by the doctor to have a severe injury which may result to VVF and has lost of blood by the time been taken to Kawo General Hospital and has little or no chance of survival.
