Do any of you bikers ride with the strap on pedals?
You know the ones with the clips, you have to slip your feet through them.
I have never used one, and got a bike with them. I was wonder how it feels and what not. Is it not a hassle to keep on slipping your feet through them and out?
They are very easy to use. You adjust the strap to have it lose enough to pull your foot out if you need to. You can apply more power to the pedal by pulling up and pushing forward at the top. Once you get use to them you don't think about it. They are a pain at first because the strap causes them to be upside down. You just learn to use you toe to flip the pedal over and slide your foot in at the same time.
