Elliptical cross trainers have been around for quite a while now so there are a good variety of them in the stores. But you still need to know what you are looking for when you choose one to purchase for your home gym. There are a lot of machines that have different features and there is also a wide range of different prices.
The simplest way to rate elliptical cross trainers is just too look at the price. After all, if you cannot afford some of them no matter how good the features and well build the elliptical machine is if you don't have enough money then you can cross them off your purchase list.
There are great many cheaper machines that are accessible to most people but it is this part of the market where you need to be careful. Although there are a large amount of many good machines in the lower price levels there are also some that are no good because the quality is not as good. Of course, you sometimes have to expect that if you are paying lower prices, the trick is to know which cross trainer offers a really good value.
Another one of the most basic ways to rate elliptical cross trainers is to look at the build quality. As you can imagine this is not the most interesting aspect but it is one of the most important because if your brand new exercise machine is constantly breaking down then it doesn't matter how good it is because the reality is when it's not working it will not be very useful or help you to lose weight and get into better shape.
The build quality for an elliptical trainer is very important and you should look at the overall construction and how well it's made. Make sure to see if it feels solid and well built. The cross trainer should be of a strong construction as you will be putting in a lot of energy and a weak machine will not last through to many repeated workouts. You should also look at the crank where the footrests are as this can be a weak point on some of the cheaper models. Build quality is one of the best ways to rate elliptical cross trainers and decide whether you think it will be a good buy.
You also have to decide what features you want if you are trying to rate elliptical cross trainers. You need one that has good strong-arm movements so that you get the most from your workout. You also need to make sure that the track is wide enough so that you do not have to try to keep your balance. Probably one of the most important tests is just to try it out and see if it feels right for you. If it doesn't feel right when you workout with it then no matter what the price and features there is no point in buying it.
Elliptical cross trainers are a great way to work out but you have to make sure that you buy one that is well built and suits your needs so that you get the best workout for your money.

How to have a Safe in Riding a Bike? The10 Easy and Quick Steps to Follow Before Each Ride
Bike guard is something every cyclist need, but occasionally we get too much in a speed and imagine our bike is as ready as we are for the ride. Anything can happen to the bike and become unleash or misaligned on the carry to your goal. Here are 10 simple and quick checks you should do every time before you take off to ensure a safe and uneventful ride.
Check the Tires and Wheels
Check both wheels and move them from end to end. You want to make sure they are not loose.
Flip open and lock close the fast release levers keeping the wheels in place. Make sure you have a good tight lock.
Visually look over each tire and make sure there are no signs rips, cracks, tears or punctures. Spin the wheels to make sure they spin true and straight and there is no wobble or contact with the brake pads.
Make sure the tire pressure is correct for your upcoming ride. It is best to use a tire gauge to accurately verify the pressure is consistent with what is recommended on the side wall of the tire. If the tires are under inflated you will have to pedal harder than necessary, and the bike won't provide as smooth a ride as it can.
Check the Brakes
Pull back on the brake levers. If adjusted properly, for most bikes, you should only have to pull half way the distance to the handle bar to get a solid grip on the tires. Visually make sure the brake pads have enough rubber on them to work appropriately and they seat calmly on the wheel rim when applied. Now sitting on the bike squeeze the brakes and try to move the bike. If the brakes are adjusted properly there should be no movement possible of the wheels.
Check the Handle Bars
To make sure the front handle bars are solid step in front of the bike facing the handle bars, lock the front wheel among your legs and attempt to move the handle bars. There should be no movement.
Make sure your handle bars are adjusted so that your body is bent at a 45 degree angle when in the riding position. This will be the most comfortable positing for a long ride.
Check the Saddle Height
Sitting on the bike make sure your saddle is at the correct height for your size. The right height would be when the bike is stopped and you are sitting on it your toes and ball of the foot just barely touch the ground.
Finally check the crank arms to make sure there is no looseness.
Do you have plenty of water and a small tool kit with spare tube? Check, check, check. Now you should be ready to go. Happy cycling!

Is it too early for this?
So I was driving over the bridge on the blue route near the Valley Forge/Philadelphia exit with this hooker I found on N 8th Street, and I was like "omg omg its collapsing its collapsing!" and started jerking the car around...She started FLIPPIN out crazy, so I threw on the CD and it starts poppin like "YOUUUU crank dat soulja boi, YOUUUU crank dat soulja boi" and she starts throwin her arms left and right dipping it low and bringing it up slow.
Then she do it like Superman and flew out of the window because I was still swirving the car and she got side-swiped by this mac truck and she got right back up and I couldn't tell if she was buckin or jookin but she was still movin and jookin around cars coming at her, but then one vehicle stopped next to her and threw his bottle of water at her face and said "supersoak that b*tch." It was pretty amazing.
You think its too early for jokes??
nope..it's a good way to start the day
