The following is a list of the Superior Courts of the State of New Hampshire. Most divorces are filed in the Superior Courts of this State. The only exception are those divorces which are filed in the Family Division Courts of Grafton and Rockingham Counties. Please feel free to contact the Office of the Clerk at the phone number listed.
