On your wedding day, you want to look the most beautiful from head to toe, as everyone's eyes are focused on you. Curious eyes see what jewelery you are wearing; curious minds are assessing the value of your jewelery, gown, wedding shoes and so on and so forth. Young girls focus their eyes on your make-up especially, your hairstyle. Finding the suitable hair-style is the second difficult task with the first one being selecting the wedding dress.
The bride should decide whether to keep her hair straight, long, pulled up or away from your face. There are many half up and half down wedding hair styles that one can choose from. If one is planning to pull up her hair, few strands can be left loose in wisps to get a soften look in the face. The hair style should be selected that it suits the face. The style should be such that the bride should feel comfortable whether it is pulled up or down.
Sometimes, the bride wishes to put half her hair down. There are many combinations and possibilities to keep her hair half up or down. Curls can be done which gives a romantic soft look. Variations to the bun like pleats, twists and plaits can be done. A geometric design will suit the same and it looks bold with silk flowers or ivory flowers to ornament this design.
A half up and half down hairstyle with ringlets gives a perfect gorgeous look. The long curly locks cascading down the back of the bride in an off the shoulder gown looks too good on a wedding day. She should ensure to practice for a few times before the wedding day. Washing the hair the day, before the hairstyle is made would be good idea, as it holds the curls and updo hair styles in a better way.
If the bride wants longer, fuller hair on her wedding day, then one can use the hair extensions to get the look. These hair extensions are made purely from human hair and are dyed to match with the color of the bride's hair. It gives that great professional touch.
Hair accessories include the shimmering combs, hairpins and tiaras to top off your look with romance and elegance. Crystal curvy clips and crystal combs, pearl combs, silk flower hair clips, rose hair clips, bobby pins, pearl hair bands, crystal tiara, crystal hair bands etc.
Care should be given while selecting the hairstyle that the tiara or the veil should compliment and not cover the same. If the bride is wearing a long floor length veil, the hairstyle must be tough enough to hold the same.

Borzoi Puppy And Dog Information
The Borzoi can survive in an apartment as long as she gets frequent exercise. A properly fenced yard could be better for her but keep in mind that she can easily jump a six foot fence. Once she gets on the run, she may catch a scent and be gone. She can not be trusted around small animals including the neighbors cat. She can kill an animal before you can stop her. She is ok with children but this is iffy. She dislikes roughhousing, arguing and likes her rest. She seems to be a one person dog that can be difficult to train. She is royal looking and beautiful.
*Approximate Adult Size. The approximate adult size (two years old or older) of the male Borzoi is at least 28 inches to the withers (highest point of the shoulder) and 75 to 105 pounds and the female is at least 26 inches to the withers and 60 to 90 pounds.
*Special Health Considerations. Most dog breeds have certain inherited health problems associated with that specific breed and the Borzoi is no exception. Keep on the look out for gastric torsion (life-endangering distension of the stomach with gas), retinal atrophy (inherited disease of the retina that can cause vision loss and blindness), heart disease, and Osteosarcoma (bone cancer). They are also possible sensitive to certain drugs especially anesthetics and topical insecticides. This disease list is an informative guideline only. Other diseases may also be significant threats, please contact your veterinarian for a complete list.
She should visit the veterinarian several times in the first year for shots, boosters and check up. Then, as an adult, she should visit the veterinarian yearly for shots and check up. As she gets older, six years and on, she should visit the veterinarian twice a year for check ups and shots. Remember; avoid feeding your dog sweets.
*Grooming. The Borzoi has a long, silky coat with waves or curls. She should be brushed regularly. She is a seasonally heavy shedder. Brushing will help her maintain a clean and healthy coat and also help you keep a closer eye on her health and strengthen your emotional bond with your pet. Her hair between her toes also needs to be maintained.
Her teeth should be brushed at least twice a week with toothpaste and toothbrush designed for dogs. Brushing removes the accumulation of plaque and tartar which can cause cavities (rarely) and periodontal disease. Dog periodontal disease can lead to pain, loss of teeth, bad breath and other serious disease.
Her toenails may need to be examined for growth and clipped regularly. The toenails of the rear feet grow slower than the toenails of the front feet. Generally a guillotine type trimmer is the best for this chore and competent instructions to accomplish this can be found on the net.
*Life Span. The Borzoi can live between 10 and 12 years with proper nutrition, medical care and excellent living conditions.
*History. The Borzoi is thought to hail back to the thirteenth century nobleman who used them to hunt. They were first registered with the American Kennel Association in 1891.

Tips For A Soon to Be New Bird Owner?
I Am The Soon Te Be Owner Of A Parakeet.
It Is Going To Be A Male. I Will Eventually Buy a Female To See If They Breed But Before I Go Buy The Male I Need Some Tips...
How Big Of a Cage Do They Need?
Can I Feed Them Fresh Fruit And Seed Mix From The Store?
Can They Learn To Talk?
Can you Train Them To stay on your Shoulder?
I Have a Small to Medium Bird Cage already. Is it Going To Be Happy In A Cage That About 1 1/2 Foot Wide, 1 1/2 foot tall???
How Do You Clip its Wings and Toe Nails?
Ive Got So many Questions I wont Be Buying My bird Until Im Well Educated On What They Need And Are Happy With.
Any Help Is Appreciated.
You are very wise to educated yourself before becoming a parent
There are tons of good online sites to peruse for a plethora of info. Do that. Go to your library for books specific to Parakeets. And don't buy until you are completely confident in your knowledge.
To start with, the cage you plan to use is too small. The bigger the better for the happiness of your birdS. I stress birdS because I think pets should come in two's so that they have a friend. More then that, or odd numbers, can cause strife & stress among some critters/species of critters so be sure to read up on that 1st, too. SO, you should start out with a large cage to accommodate multiple birds - keeping the smaller cage for new birds, until they become accustomed to each other. That said, you can & should allow your birds to come out & fly free
Therefore, I recommend NOT clipping their wings. I know some people will argue that this as a viable option, especially during training (yes, keets can be trained to do a lot of things including sit on your finger, shoulder, etc....& yes, even talk!). I just personally tend to lean more toward 'natural' pet ownership, allowing an animal to live their lives as close to their natural state as is healthy for them, relative to their altered environment. If you decide to clip their wings, tho, I suggest only keeping them that way during the initial training period then letting them grow back. Be sure to bird-proof any areas they will be visiting. And know that until you get them trained to step onto your finger or a stick they will naturally 'roost' - head back to their 'nest' - at nightfall, just make sure they know where home is. If you can designate one room for them to live & play, even better. Just make it one with windows (so they can see others birds) & a door (to keep them contained & safe while they're out playing). Be sure to cover their cage at night before you go to bed. It keeps the warmth in & helps block out any visual stimuli that would make rest difficult. Also put a nightlight in the room so that it's not pitch black.
Study breeding before you go there. There are more cons than pros, imo. Not to mention that determining the sex of young keets is almost impossible...precarious at best. You may end up with a male & female even if you don't want that, & if you do you'll need to keep an eye on them in case they do breed so that you can create the needed environment for egg-laying. If you fail to do this the pregnant female may choose not to lay her eggs at all & will die. That said, it's thought that if the environment isn't conducive for egg-laying to begin with, they won't even breed. But don't count on that.
Feed them *parakeet* seed only. Also give them treats like seed 'sprays' & honey sticks.Yes, feed them fresh fruits & veggies - it's recommended that you do - BUT you must 1st check which are ok & which aren't. Some are toxic to them! And start them on fruits & veggies early in life as they will be less likely to eat them later if they haven't developed a taste for them. And if they don't eat it at first, right away, keep trying. They will eventually. Throw out the uneaten produce before it goes bad. Also, put a mineral block in their cage. Keep their h2o fresh (you can also add some liquid vitamins occasionally) & seed bowl filled with fresh seed. You can shake/rotate the good seed up to the top a couple/few times before having to empty & replace (I throw the old seed outside so wild birds can forge what's left out of it).
In my experience, their talons do not need clipping. Have several perches available for them to sit on, varying the size/dimensions of each for healthier feet. Add a sandpaper cover to one of the perches (preferably NOT to their favorite, most used perch(es), tho) which will help keep their talons filed as much as they need to be. They like (need) to file & smooth their beak, tho, so be sure to put a 'cuttlebone' in their cage.
Give them lots of attention, several toys to play with (changing them out occasionally to prevent boredom!), bring in a natural tree branch or two for them to sit on while out playing. You can add some toys & swings to those, also. Just don't overload them or their cage with stuff. Provide them with a bird bath, too. They LOVE to bathe & it's so fun to watch! When they're home alone, it's nice to leave a radio on for them, at very low volume. Be sure to close their room door if you have other pets in the house (also do this at night when you're sleeping).
Enjoy!
