Breast Massage - Great Benefits Of Pampering Your Body
The reason why the current fascination for breast massage has gained so much attention is due to the fact that experts believe that wearing restrictive clothing that decompresses or enhances body parts such as whale-bone bras and corsets besides tummy-trimmer panties is because the emphasis on over-shapeliness causes toxins in the body to accumulate, whereas they need to be released from the tissues. When these are not flushed out properly and regularly, it can lead to unhealthy levels of toxicity in the breast tissues and eventually to breast cancer.
However, experts also recommend that since this is one of the reasons for promoting breast cancer, it is better to focus on the preventive nature of the same and raise awareness about ways to educate women we love about avoiding the condition altogether – and so we have medical experts advocating regular breast massages as a preventive step for breast cancer.
The argument stems from the belief that the increased blood circulation caused by breast massage builds up to a warmth suffusing the breast area that works to flush-out toxin from this delicate zone besides encouraging the lymph fluids to flow easily so they help in draining out remaining chemicals that may be harmful. (The lymph fluids are the watery liquid surrounding the cells; they contain disease-fighting components and thus are important to pay attention to in cases of a family history of breast cancer or for those at risk for it).
A breast massage is very beneficial for women and it can be practiced on self or by someone else. It requires a gentle kneading movement combined with rubbing or squeezing techniques to induce improved blood and lymph flow; it is best done by gently stroking in a circular direction from the nipple out to the breast outline. Repeat the step a few times like you would if you ran your fingers along wheel-spokes – but avoid any aggressive stroking as this can be harmful.
You may use scented lotions or warm massage oils to build up the pleasure of the breast massage and to prevent any hand-rubbing friction caused in the lack of these 'helpers.'
Ideally, breast massages should be performed at the end of a working day when shedding clothes and it is also recommend that women do not wear their bra and sleep (no more than 12hrs).
Other times a breast massage helps are when during a premenstrual cycle when some women suffer tenderness in their breasts; during nursing after surgery to reduce scar tissue marks and simply as an activity that keeps them a-breast with their bodily changes (such as a lump in the breast), which is easy to notice for those that regularly breast massage.

Truing wheels for my mountain bike?
So I tried to build up my own wheel for the first time the other day. It is not perfect but at least I put it together and laced it up in the right order.
Right now, there is a bit of a hump at one end of the wheel, so the wheel is not perfectly round. In the truing stand, it always hit at one certain point. I tried to adjust the spoke nipple accordingly but haven't had much luck.
How do you go about getting rid of this small hump?
MR has some good words. I can add a little to that to help maybe. If you started with a new rim (or one in perfect round condition), then I'd suggest you back off all the nipples and start over. (Yeah, I know.) Loosen the entire wheel and then from the rim channel, use a screwdriver to loosen each nipple until you feel it "click free" to where it's undone completely.....then consciously tighten it about 2 or 3 full turns and do each nipple that way (one at a time, so nothing falls out and you don't have to re-lace or start cussing). Work up gradually a turn or two at a time around the rim until you have some tension and can begin to true.
Yes, that's a pain, but it's your first wheel and it'll be good practice going through the truing/tensioning steps again. I only suggest this because if you have a spot that's out of true radially, then chances are good that your spoke tension is all over the board. That's really easy to do as a beginner when people tend to chase lateral trueness and forget about radial in the process. And it's extra-easy to do if it's a rear wheel. Been there, done that!
)
As you start the tensioning/truing process, look for initial lateral true (preliminary, not perfect), and then check radial.....make adjustments for it there by working in sets of three and from both the spot where the defect is AND the opposite side of the rim. Don't correct for radial from just one side of the rim. Then go back to lateral truing, and repeat. It'd be nice if you could just turn each nipple an equal amount and end up with a true wheel, but metal isn't that simple unfortunately. lol.
Ok......now before you go and do what I just said.....if that hump is at the rim joint, then you may just be able to work the spokes right there and be fine. This is really common with pinned/screw joints, and sometimes even with welded joints. And sometimes, what appears to be a bump at the joint is just a slight high spot right at the crease.....it can actually be true and round and still have that little "tick" at that spot.
Also be sure to do your stress relieving several times throughout the build. Work the crap out of those spokes and go fix the damage, then repeat. Squeeze the spokes hard enough in both parallel and crossed pairs until your finger joints hurt.....wear gloves if you want. It's the best thing you can do for a wheel build and lots of people don't do it or do it half-heartedly.....and then they re-true their wheels far too soon and too often.
Hope this helps.....keep at it, you'll figure it out. If you get into trouble, most nice shop mechanics are willing to spend a few minutes with you when they're not busy....take advantage of their experience and the opportunity for hands-on viewing of the process!
