I think what you are looking for isn't really a function of PowerPoint. You need the printer's settings. So when you go to print, in the dialog box that opens look for something that says Properties then look for a tab or section that says Paper and look for the size you need.
All printers and drivers are different, but you should be able to pick your way through and find what you need.
Then, when you go back to the basic PowerPoint print dialog box, be sure to click ON Scale to Fit Paper at the bottom.
